Sarah Walker (Orford)
Practice principal

Sarah is the Practice Principal with 12 years experience in sports injury management and Pilates rehabilitation. She has associations with local gymnastics clubs and dance studios. She has a special interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation of these athletes as well as assessments and core stability retraining programs for any age group. She has done extensive extra training into postural and biomechanical assessments and worked with multiple teams including hockey, netball, soccer, polo, NRL and life saving teams.

Jade O'Brien

Jade joined our team in 2015. Previously Jade worked at St George Hospital as a physiotherapist and as a dance teacher with 15 years of dance experience. She has a strong interest in pelvic stability and Clinical Pilates completing her certification through the APPI. Jade is skilled at assessment and treatment of any sporting injury including shoulders, knees and ankles. As the second most senior physio in the clinic, Jade is competent in managing complex injuries and is happy to attend home visits to the local area to assist locals and carers with coping with injury.

Sophie Lim

Sophie joined our team in 2016 after working at Liverpool hospital in specialty areas such as paediatrics, women's health and neurology. She has also completed training in clinical Pilates and is a qualified Pilates instructor to assist clients in the long term management of injuries, chronic pain as well as maintaining general fitness and flexibility.

Sophie is skilled in the management of lumbopelvic pain and postural dysfunction and is passionate about ensuring long term benefit of treatment. She also has 17 years of dance experience and has developed a strong interest in the management of acute, sport-related injuries.

Jon McLennan

Jon joined the team in 2017. Previously Jon was practicing as a physiotherapist in the Jervis Bay region of NSW. Jon has 18 years of experience in running (both track and cross country) and has competed at a national level. He has completed courses in the past year on dry needling and injuries of the feet and hips. Jon has had previous experience with soccer as the physio for Parramatta FC, in the NSW premier league competition. Jon has a particular interest in treating injuries of the hips and legs as well as exercise based rehab.
